Rates

Discovery Call  –  FREE (approx 30 minutes)

In-home Rate  –  $65 per hour (*min. 3-hour sessions)  *exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis

In-home Assessment  –  Prior to accepting a large project (5 days or longer), an in-home assessment may be conducted to determine the project scope, timeline, estimated cost and ‘fit’ with Divine Order services

2 Hour In-home Consultation – $150  Recommendations only with no hands-on work by Divine Order. Client to take notes.

Fees apply to the following services:

  • Packing and loading/unloading donations, donation drop-offs, driving to donation locations
  •  Consigning of items, time spent at consignment store, loading/unloading items into vehicle
  • Selling items on the client’s behalf in person or online (eg. Facebook marketplace, UsedVic)
  • Compiling detailed emails to client or other party on behalf of the client
  • Online and telephone research/sourcing (eg. auctions, appraisers)
  • Sourcing products for client project (online and in-store)
  • Paid parking (if applicable)

Payment

Payment – Cash or etransfer (Kimberly will provide you with the correct email for payment)

Projects less than 1 day – Payment is due same day at end of project completion

Multi-day projects – Longer duration projects will be determined by and agreed upon by both Divine Order and the client prior to commencing any long-term work.

Invoices – Detailed invoices are provided for longer, multi-faceted projects

Receipts – Provided upon request

Costs incurred by Divine Order on behalf of the client – With receipts provided, the client will reimbursed Divine Order for any costs incurred (eg. purchase of packing materials, boxes, storage items, fees for recycling, shredding)

Donations and Recycling

Kimberly loves working with clients who also want to reduce landfill waste, recycle, reuse items and support our local charity organizations. Ensuring your donations go to worthy causes and recyclables to the appropriate depots, Kimberly can drop off carloads for a fee.

Donation drop offs can go to organizations such as Salvation Army,  St. Vincent de Paul, Women in Need (WIN), Habitat for Humanity, Annie’s Closet, transition houses or other local organizations that you wish to support.

Arrangements can also be made for on-site pick-ups of larger quantities or large items such as furniture, household items or recycling, garbage and yard waste. Any costs incurred by these companies or organizations are paid for by the client.
